Previously, Andy held the position of Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Dematic from August 2018 to November 2021, where responsibilities included oversight of a $300 million P&L and a team of over 900. Prior experience includes serving as CEO of APB and Associates, VP/General Manager at CNH Industrial, and various leadership roles at AGCO Corporation and JCB. Educational credentials include a BEng (Hons) in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, along with additional studies at Alliance Manchester Business School and INSEAD.
