Rachel Keck

Rachel Keck is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational change management and environmental safety. Currently serving as the Global Organizational Change Manager at Kemin Industries since August 2016, Rachel directs the Organizational Changes Management program for the Operations team and successfully implemented a global ERP initiative impacting over 1,500 employees. Previously, Rachel held various roles at Monsanto Company from June 2008 to July 2016, including Safety and Environmental Specialist and ESH Tech, where responsibilities included developing safety programs and ensuring compliance. Rachel's qualifications include certifications in NFPA70E, SafeStart, HAZWOPER, DOT/IATA, and First Aid/CPR/AED, along with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from California State University, Chico.
