Angelique Gerlock

Angelique Gerlock is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent development and integrated talent solutions. Currently serving as VP, Head of Integrated Talent Solutions at Kemper since April 2025, Angelique previously held the role of Director of Talent Development and DE&I at Byline Bank, where responsibilities included succession planning and employee engagement initiatives. As VP, Director of HR at Patrick Engineering, Angelique oversaw the entire talent life cycle and implemented a strategic HR model. With a strong foundation in talent development from First Midwest Bank in various roles, including Talent Development/HR Manager and Leadership and Management Development Manager, Angelique demonstrates a solid commitment to organizational learning and development. Angelique holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on HR Management from the University of St. Francis.
