Russell began their career as an Outside Sales Representative at Thompson Tractor Company in 2005 and worked there until 2011. In 2011, they joined Yale Carolinas, Inc. as a Sales Representative. Since 2012, Russell has been associated with Kenco Group, where they started as a National Account Manager and then progressed to become the Director of Business Development. Currently, Russell holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at Kenco Group.
Russell Wells attended The University of Alabama from 1999 to 2004, where they studied Commerce and Business Administration with a focus on Finance.
