Scott Lancaster began their work experience as a college intern at IBM in 1988. Scott then moved on to work at Unum in 1991, where they held the position of Assistant Vice President until 2010. Since 2010, they have been Vice President of Information Technology at Kenco Group, Inc.
Scott Lancaster attended The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 1986 to 1990 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
