Kristin Carpenter

Kristin Carpenter, SPHR, currently serves as the HR/Talent Acquisition Manager at Kendra Scott, a position held since November 2021. Previously, Kristin was the Human Resources Director at the San Diego Center for Children from September 2020 to November 2021, where oversight included recruitment, diversity & inclusion, and employee relations for a nonprofit organization. Earlier experience includes a brief tenure as Senior Director of Recruiting at Martin Recruiting Partners and extensive roles at Garden Fresh Restaurants, culminating in the Director of Human Resources - Talent Acquisition & Retention position, managing recruitment processes and employee programs over a 30-year period. Kristin holds a BA in Psychology and a Certificate in Paralegal from the University of San Diego.
