Lyndsay Baylor

Lyndsay Baylor is a seasoned professional in customer care and operations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Care & DEIB at Kendra Scott since July 2020, following a successful tenure as Director of Customer Care. Prior to this role, Baylor held various positions at BIOWORLD MERCHANDISING from February 2009 to July 2020, culminating in the role of Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities included liaising between executive management and account executives. Earlier experience includes roles as an Account Executive Manager and Account Executive at BIOWORLD MERCHANDISING, and as a Sales Assistant at Byer California from May 2007 to November 2008. Baylor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising from Texas Christian University between 2002 and 2006.
