Madison Ailes

Madison Ailes is a skilled product development specialist currently at Kendra Scott since June 2022, where responsibilities include managing jewelry project collaborations. Previously, Madison served as a teaching assistant for a course at The University of Texas at Austin, coordinating projects with industry mentors. Madison also held significant leadership roles in Alpha Phi International Fraternity, overseeing marketing and membership recruitment, and managing substantial budgets.
