Bradley Farnsworth is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management with extensive experience in various roles at Kenect since July 2019. Currently serving as a Sr. Mid-Market & Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Bradley provides strategic direction for customer relationship management across a portfolio of accounts and creates customized success plans. Previous roles include Customer Success Manager, where Bradley led efforts across 350+ dealership accounts, and several positions focused on client onboarding and training. Prior experience includes international customer success at StubHub, event management as Co-Owner of Ultimate Bubble Balls, and various leadership roles in sales at Beacon Marketing LLC and Tim Dahle Nissan. Bradley earned an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Utah Valley University.
