Shauna Dotson

Shauna Dotson is a seasoned operational excellence leader with significant experience in driving productivity improvements across global manufacturing sites. As a Senior Manager of Operational Excellence at Kennametal since March 2022, Shauna has led initiatives that resulted in millions of dollars in savings and reduced lead times at ten sites worldwide while implementing a Lean Transformation process for a $2B organization. Previously, Shauna held various leadership roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from August 2017 to February 2022, including North America SPS Lean Leader and Continuous Improvement Manager, and spent over a decade at Waterloo Industries in continuous improvement and materials coordination roles. Shauna holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Central Methodist University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration from State Fair Community College.
