Rebecca Sykes

Rebecca Sykes is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently employed at the Kennedy Krieger Institute since October 2022. In addition to this role, Sykes serves as a Respite Provider for the Maryland Department of Human Services, offering at-home care and support for a child on the autism spectrum. Previous experiences include providing occupational therapy services in various settings, such as early intervention with Baltimore City Public Schools and inpatient therapy at Johns Hopkins Hospital and Sheppard Pratt. Sykes holds a Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from Towson University and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from McDaniel College. Additionally, Sykes has experience as an Autism Behavior Instructor and an Assistant Swim Coach.
