Tony C. is a seasoned professional with significant experience in human resources and community service. As a Board Member and member of the DEI Committee at Kennedy Krieger Institute, Tony C. actively contributes to organizational governance. Additionally, as Board Member and Vice Chairperson for the Boys and Girls Club of Long Beach, Tony C. supports youth development initiatives. In corporate settings, Tony C. has held the role of VP of HR at VCA Animal Hospitals, focusing on business partnering, talent acquisition, diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as talent and culture. Furthermore, Tony C. served as the Interim Chief Human Resources Officer for Blue Bottle Coffee, a Nestlé company, during a 12-month assignment.
