Fred Neal is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in civil and environmental engineering. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Kennedy Jenks Consultants since September 1987, Fred has previously held key positions such as VP and Office Manager at Roland, Clark & Associates, where responsibilities included establishing and managing a project office for the Wastewater Treatment and Conveyance Improvements projects in Nantucket and Salisbury, MA, as well as an I/A Wastewater Interceptor in Williamstown, MA. Prior to that, Fred was Project Manager and Chief Engineer at Sheaffer & Roland, Inc., overseeing various water supply and wastewater treatment design projects, including significant initiatives in Hamilton Lakes, IL, Lubbock, TX, Vineland, NJ, and Northglenn, CO. Fred holds a Master of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Saint Martin's University.
