Ashley Pusey

Ashley Pusey, CIPP/US/EU, CIPM, FIP, currently serves as a Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, and AI Associate at Kennedys, providing strategic guidance on cyber incident management and data privacy. Pusey has held various roles in professional organizations, including being a member of the International Women's Cyber Alliance and Women in Security and Privacy (WISP). Previous experience includes acting as Virtual Chief Privacy Officer at Maureen Data Systems, conducting AI governance research at the Center for AI and Digital Policy, and fulfilling legal internships at the U.S. Department of Justice and Nassau County Attorneys Office. Pusey holds a JD from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, a Cybersecurity Certification from MIT Professional Education, and has completed additional studies in Fashion Law and Liberal Arts.
