Pasquale Pontoriero

Pasquale (Pat) Pontoriero is a partner at Kennedys in the New Jersey office, specializing in civil litigation, premises liability, PIP/No Fault disputes, motor vehicle negligence, uninsured and under-insured motorists coverage, construction site liability, negligent security, and dram shop claims, along with subrogation claims. With extensive experience representing national corporations, commercial and personal lines insurers, small businesses, and private individuals, Pat has built a successful career in the legal field. Previously, Pat held positions at CARROLL MCNULTY & KULL, Gutterman, Markowitz and Klinger, and served as a judicial law clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Drew University.
