Karen Boettler possesses extensive experience in student leadership development, currently serving as the Associate Director at Kennesaw State University since September 2008. Previous roles at Kennesaw State include Assistant Director of Student Leadership Development Programs, Part-Time Instructor for First Year Seminar, Manager of Engaged Leadership Programs and Living/Learning Communities, and Coordinator of Civic Engagement. Prior to this, Karen worked at Delta Community Credit Union as a Member Service Representative and served as Residence Life Coordinator at the University of West Georgia from 2002 to 2006. Karen holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of West Georgia and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Anthropology from Truman State University.
