Viviana Orjuela Díaz is an experienced project and operations coordinator currently working at KENPAT since February 2017. Prior to this role, Viviana served as a Crew Management Analyst at Avianca from May 2014 to November 2015, where responsibilities included coordinating the recruitment and management of First Officer Pilots, as well as developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes an internship at 3M Colombia as a Lean Six Sigma intern, where Viviana led projects focused on standardization and optimization of safety stock and customer data management. Viviana holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de La Sabana and a Certificate IV in spoken and written English from Cambridge International College Australia.
