Eric Mansfield is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications, media relations, and creative writing. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President for Content Strategy & Communications at Kent State University since June 2012, Eric leads a team focused on enhancing the university's brand awareness and storytelling. Throughout a diverse career, Eric has also worked as the Executive Director of University Media Relations, a Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army, and a playwright and screenwriter. With a foundation in journalism, which includes roles as an anchor-reporter and documentary host, Eric has contributed to various educational institutions as an adjunct faculty member and guest lecturer.
