Michael Hennessey has over nine years of experience in customer success and technical support within the software industry. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Kentico Software since June 2014, Michael has also held roles as a Customer Success Manager and Support Engineer, providing technical assistance to users of Kentico CMS/EMS. Prior to this, experience includes freelance web development and a technical support representative position at Bose Corporation. Michael began a career in graphic design with freelance work following graduation from Champlain College in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design, having previously obtained a high school diploma from Westford Academy.
