Siva's career commenced after earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tagore Engineering College (Anna University) in 2009, with earlier roles in companies such as Bilfinger Deutsche Babcock Middle East and Dodsal E & C Pte Ltd, where proficiency in isometric drawings, piping layout coordination, and site fabrication challenges was developed.
