Erica J. Hudson

Erica J. Hudson, MBA, currently serves as Senior Director of Acquisitions & Divestitures and Finance Operations at Kenvue, where responsibilities include leading the strategy and execution of the Kenvue Transformation Management Office and overseeing finance operational components for transformations and acquisition activities. Prior to joining Kenvue, Erica held various roles at Johnson & Johnson, including Finance Director for Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions, where key contributions involved financial valuations and business analysis for acquisitions and licensing activities, and Senior Finance Manager for Global Consumer Supply Chain FP&A, managing significant gross profit consolidations. Experience also includes financial leadership roles at Sterilmed and Cardinal Health, as well as co-founding Dynamic Perspective Solutions, LLC, focused on inspiring youth. Erica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, an MBA from Northern Kentucky University, and a Master of Divinity from Methodist Theological School in Ohio.
