In 2005, they joined Kenway Consulting, where they held four roles: Director of Client Delivery - Financial Services, Director of Human Resources & Culture, Cultural Stewardship Lead, and Management Consultant. As a Management Consultant, they leveraged project management methodologies to help clients focus on their business goals.
