Daniel Elder

Daniel is a qualified solicitor and partner specialising in employers, public and product liability, multi-track/complex claims often involving multi-party matters, and policy coverage issues.

He has a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years and acts predominantly on behalf of one of Keoghs' major insurer clients. Daniel is also nominated personally on behalf of numerous multi-national companies across the retail, utility, manufacturing, transport and construction industries, together with various public sector clients.

In addition Daniel acts as a Client Account Manager for a number of Keoghs clients and regularly works in partnership with the broker sector in reviewing claims management/defensibility issues and assessing historic claims data.
