Julie Park

Julie is experienced in handling multi-track, high value motor, employers′ and public liability claims on a non-delegated basis. She handles claims up to a reserve value of c£5million and regularly handles those with reserves in excess of £1million. She has particular experience of catastrophic injury claims (spinal, brain injury) as well as amputation cases.

Julie has also dealt with a number of cases involving seriously injured claimants in Poland, including instructing medical, housing and care experts to examine overseas, and obtaining and translating medical records. Further to this she has frequently advised on policy indemnity issues (RTA insurer, Article 75 insurer).
