Sian Davies

As Head of the Keoghs Healthcare team, Sian has over 30 years’ experience in high value and sensitive claims and policy disputes involving both primary and excess layer insurers.

She also has extensive experience of disciplinary defence including professional bodies such as the GMC and the GDC, as well as ongoing group product liability litigation and handles all manner of claims in the private medical sector.

Over recent years she has acted on behalf of a wide variety of healthcare providers including Private Hospitals, GPs, Osteopaths, Dentists, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Nurse Practitioners, Acupuncturists, Physiotherapists, Fertility clinics, Psychiatric clinics, Pathology units, and Sonography service providers.
