Alicia Delvoye

Alicia Delvoye is currently serving as Chargée des Ressources Humaines at Groupe Keolis since October 2023, following a role as Responsable RH Junior at Castorama France from October 2021 to October 2023. At Castorama France, Alicia managed various HR functions, including recruitment, personnel administration, and performance analysis, while ensuring operational support to management and contributing to a positive social climate. Alicia's earlier experience includes a marketing and communication internship at LogemLoiret, a tutoring position at Université d'Orléans, and a brief stint as an Assistante RH at FM Logistic. Alicia holds a Master's degree in Manager du Développement des Ressources Humaines from CESI and a Bachelor's degree in Droit Économie Gestion with a focus on Marketing from Université d'Orléans.
