Neil Shah currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Major Projects at Keolis Group, overseeing the development of complex project opportunities. Previously, Neil held positions at Hitachi Rail, where responsibilities included leading major project development and strategic sales efforts in North America. Neil's extensive experience encompasses roles at Engie North America and SNC-Lavalin O&M, focusing on transportation business development and strategy. With a strong background in commercial negotiations and governance in major projects, Neil has successfully contributed to several high-profile initiatives, including the Ontario Line RSSOM project. Neil holds an Executive MBA from Ivey Business School and advanced degrees in Industrial Engineering and Aerospace Engineering.
