Lex Erades

Lex Erades currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Kepler Vision Technologies since January 2025. Previously, Lex held multiple roles including Chief Operating Officer, Vice President Services, Director of Professional Services, and Director of Infrastructure Solutions at SLTN from February 2014 to January 2025. Prior experience includes Group ICT Director at BOAL B.V. from June 2011 to January 2014, and CEO and Managing Director at a2z Belgium & Econocom Managed Services from February 2006 to January 2011. Lex also contributed as a member of the DELL EMEA Partner Advisory Council while at Dell from May 2008 to November 2010. Earlier roles at MCI included Senior Director EMEA Operations Business Development, Senior Director Emerging Markets, and Senior Director EMEA Field Operations, overseeing a large international department across the EMEA region. Lex's career began at SWIFT, where the role of Global Vendor Manager was held from 1986 to 2000.
