Tommaso Perolo is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources leadership across various industries. Currently serving as HR Senior Manager at Kering Eyewear since April 2020, Tommaso previously held the position of Country HR Leader at Garrett - Advancing Motion from October 2018 to March 2020 and served as Human Resources Director at Honeywell between August 2017 and September 2018. Additionally, Tommaso worked at Gruppo Riva from January 2008 to November 2016, initially as Responsable des Relations Sociales, overseeing social relations across five production sites and two commercial companies in France, and later as Responsable Ressources Humaines at a steelworks site, managing all HR functions. Earlier experience includes roles at RIVA ACCIAIO SPA as Gestionnaire Ressources Humaines and Lavorint as Responsable Commercial, focusing on HR management and commercial development respectively. Tommaso holds a Laurea in Sociologia from Università di Trento.
