Maite Amostegui

Maite Amostegui is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and development, currently serving as Group Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Development at Kering since June 2022. Previously, Maite held the position of Leadership & Management Transformation Director at LVMH from January 2020 to May 2022, and was instrumental in the digital transformation strategy as HR-Digital Transformation Director at Parfums Christian Dior from November 2017 to January 2020. Maite's extensive experience in human resources spans various roles at L'Oréal, including Director of Human Resources and Retail Academy for The Body Shop in Spain and Portugal, HR Manager at L'Oréal Luxe, and multiple positions focused on marketing and recruitment.
