Tracye D. Hicks

Tracye D. Hicks, MBA, has over two decades of experience in technology support and administration with the Kern County Superintendent of Schools, starting as a Secretary and advancing to User Support Technician. Responsibilities include installing computer hardware and software, maintaining desktop systems, and providing technical assistance to students, staff, and clients. In addition to current work at SOSCA as Director of Negotiations, Tracye holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Bakersfield, as well as an Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems from Bakersfield College.
