Tyler Daman

Tyler Daman, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in the fields of protein sciences, biochemistry, and biophysics. Tyler is currently a Senior Scientist at Keros Therapeutics, where they specialize in protein sciences. Prior to this, they worked at Elevian, Inc. as a Senior Scientist, Scientist II, and Scientist, focusing on research and development in the field of aging and tissue regeneration. Tyler also gained experience as a Research Associate at Bayer Crop Science, where they were involved in protein optimization and the evaluation of potential insecticidal proteins for engineered crops. Tyler further expanded their knowledge as a PhD student and research assistant at the University of Connecticut, conducting research in biochemistry and gaining teaching experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Additionally, Tyler completed internships at Boehringer Ingelheim, IDEXX Laboratories, and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, further enhancing their expertise in biophysics and research.

Tyler Daman, Ph.D. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2010. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Connecticut from 2010 to 2017, where they obtained a Ph.D. in structural biology, biochemistry, and biophysics.
