Theo Oosthuizen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development, training, and consultancy within the commercial sector. Currently serving as Global Talent Development Partner at Kerridge Commercial Systems since July 2017, Theo has held various roles in accounting and training at IQ Retail, contributing to digital learning initiatives. Additionally, Theo has a background in research and education related to cattle through a long-term engagement with Cattle International Series, and has operated as a trainer and software consultant for B & M Systems. Previous entrepreneurial ventures include co-owning Royal Enticement, a custom catering and confectionery business, and founding Easthouse Solutions, focused on business education and development.
