J.b. McCluskey

J.B. McCluskey has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career at Continuum Applied Technology Inc in 2000, where they provided technical consulting and support for aviation maintenance software. From 2003 to 2012, McCluskey worked at Satellite Country Inc as a Business Analyst and Data Analyst, overseeing the development of CRM systems and software solutions. In 2013, McCluskey joined Agemni Inc as a Business Analyst, working closely with clients to deliver software solutions using agile and waterfall methodologies. They then worked at Oil States Energy Services as a Field Service Supervisor, documenting well completion activity and managing pressure control equipment. Following this, they worked at OpenSymmetry as a Business Analyst and Implementation Coordinator for Xactly SPM software deployments. Recently, since 2016, they have been employed at Kestra Financial, holding various roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, and currently, Director of Business Analysis.

J.B. McCluskey has studied Management Science and Information Systems at the University of Texas. Additionally, they attended the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science.
