Andrew Springate is Chief Marketing and Concentrate Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper. He was previously the Company’s Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to that role, he was Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, for Dr Pepper Snapple Group, a role he took in 2017 after previously serving as Senior Vice President of Sales and General Manager within Dr Pepper Snapple Groups’s Beverage Concentrates business. He joined Dr Pepper Snapple Group (then part of Cadbury Schweppes plc) in 2000 as Director of Marketing and held numerous leadership roles in brand marketing and innovation, becoming Senior Vice President of Marketing in 2008 and Senior Vice President of Marketing, Innovation and Strategic Planning in 2012. He began his career as a District Sales Manager for Frito-Lay and also worked at The Coca-Cola Company as Brand Manager for Sprite.

Andrew received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
