Tero Lakkala

Tero Lakkala has extensive experience in investment strategy and portfolio management, currently serving as an Investment Strategist at Keva since August 2018. Previously, Tero held the position of Chief Strategist at Ilmarinen for a brief period in early 2018, following the merger of Etera and Ilmarinen, where Tero also served as Chief Strategist from 2011 to 2017. Tero's prior roles include Portfolio Manager at Pohjola Asset Management, where Tero specialized in alternative investments and asset allocation, and Risk Analyst at Tapiola Asset Management, focusing on performance and risk reporting. Tero began a career in academia as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison while earning a Master’s degree in Economics from the same institution, complemented by another Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Tampere.
