Christopher Hay is currently the Head of Direct Marketing and CRM at Key Group, with previous experience as a Marketing Manager at Bupa and a Marketing Campaign Manager at E.ON UK. He has a strong background in strategic marketing, campaign planning, budget management, and stakeholder relationship management. Christopher has also held senior positions in design and creative roles earlier in his career. He holds professional certificates and diplomas in marketing from Leeds Beckett University, as well as degrees in Visual Communication and Graphic Design and Advertising from Sheffield Norton College and Stockport College, respectively.
