Dean Ellison is an experienced IT professional currently working as a 1st/2nd line IT support at Key Group since November 2022. Prior to this role, Dean served as an IT Service Desk Analyst at Birmingham City Council from December 2019 to November 2022 and worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays from February 2018 to December 2019, focusing on recruiting IT positions in the West Midlands. Dean's earlier experience includes roles as a Client Delivery Executive at GCL Direct, a Telephone Interviewer at MEL Research, and a Telesales Agent at UK Safety Management Ltd. Dean holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language from Aston University, earned between 2011 and 2017.
