Edi Dirkes

Edi Dirkes has had a diverse range of roles throughout their work experience. Edi started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Grange Insurance Group, where they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department. Edi then moved on to work at Crane Aerospace as a Manager of HR Operations, where they supervised the strategic and tactical functions in the areas of Benefits, Payroll, Systems, and standard work. Edi also worked as a Manager of Human Resources at New Breed Logistics, Inc, where they provided start-up activities and established procedures for the management of the HR department. Edi later joined Labinal Power Systems as a Human Resources Manager for the Engineering division in North America, where they handled strategic and tactical HR responsibilities in a global business environment. Edi has also worked as an Instructor at Everett Community College and as a Human Resources Manager/Director at AvtechTyee. Most recently, they served as a Human Resources Director at Senske Services and Key Technology, Inc.

Edi Dirkes completed a Master's Degree in Professional Studies, with a focus on Human Resources and Employee Relations, from Penn State University. This degree was obtained between 2008 and 2010. Prior to this, Edi Dirkes acquired a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Education and Music from Eastern Washington University. The specific years of completion for the bachelor's degree are not provided.

In addition to formal education, Edi Dirkes has obtained several certifications. In 2002, Edi obtained the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. This was followed by the Six Sigma Lean Black Belt certification obtained in 2005 from Crane Co. Later, in 2015, Edi obtained the SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) certification from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
