Dawn Roberts is an experienced executive in talent acquisition and recruiting, currently serving as SVP & Head of Enterprise Talent Acquisition at KeyBank. With a comprehensive background in executive and corporate recruiting, Dawn has held significant roles including SVP & Head of Recruiting for both Executive and Community Bank sectors at KeyBank. Prior to this, Dawn was the Director of Executive Recruiting at The Hartford and held positions as an Executive Recruiter. Early career experience includes working as a Researcher / Knowledge Center Manager at Highland Partners Executive Search and as a Senior Technical Editor at Educational Structures, now known as NCS Pearson.
