Ellen Jackson

Ellen Jackson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information security management. Currently serving as an Information Security Sr. Manager at KeyBank since May 2007, Ellen leads the Cybersecurity Risk and Controls team, overseeing OCC/FRB exam coordination, security policies and standards, and industry framework assessments. Previous roles include Team Lead and Senior Security Consultant at Jackson Consultant Services, Inc. from January 1998 to May 2006, as well as a series of positions at Roadway Package System, Inc. (now FedEx Ground) from February 1987 to December 1997, culminating in the role of Manager of I.T. Administration. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University and the University of Pittsburgh, respectively.
