Joyce Yamaato serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Enterprise Risk Management at KeyBank, overseeing areas such as Reputation Risk, Risk Skills and Staffing Capacity, Sales Practices Risk, Human Capital Risk Management, and Incentive Compensation Oversight since July 2022. Prior to this role, Joyce accumulated extensive experience at Wells Fargo from March 2007 to June 2022, holding multiple senior vice president positions that included oversight of Control Strategy, Governance & Programs, Strategic Operations and Execution, Reputation Risk, and Government and Community Relations. Joyce's educational background includes a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and dual Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Utah.
