Keith Silvestri

Keith Silvestri serves as the Chief Technology Officer at KeyBank since June 2012, following a tenure as Technology Executive at Bank of America from April 2005 to April 2012. In the role at Bank of America, Keith led a team responsible for delivering innovative customer-facing applications, managing daily transactions exceeding 20 billion US dollars, and ensuring the support of global applications accessed by 500,000 users across 200 countries. As a Senior Vice President, Keith was instrumental in developing and implementing a customer service tracking and reporting tool for corporate and commercial clients, as well as a cash forecasting tool to optimize liquidity across 5,000 banking centers and 18,000 ATMs. Keith holds a degree from Babson College.
