Kim Denk

Kim Denk has over 19 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of HR Operations and Infrastructure at KeyBank since May 2004. In this role, Kim Denk oversees various HR functions, including Payroll, Absence Management, Workers' Compensation, and health and welfare benefits programs, while also managing large-scale HR projects. Prior positions at KeyBank include Director of Compensation and Benefits, Acquisition Leader responsible for HR integration during acquisitions, and Regional Human Resources Leader managing teams focused on strategic human capital initiatives. Before joining KeyBank, Kim Denk served as an HR Business Partner and Human Resources Manager at LESCO from 1999 to 2004. Kim Denk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Denison University, completed between 1981 and 1985.
