Previously, Lane was the Owner-Operator of Lairo Welding LtD from 2004 to 2013, providing contract welding, pipe fitting, and supervisory services to various mechanical contractors. Additionally, Lane worked as a Contract Field Superintendent at Alstar Oilfield Contractors Ltd. from 2009 to 2012, supervising and executing multiple oil battery expansions and facility constructions. Lane holds a Journeyman Welder degree from Red Deer Polytechnic, completed in 2005.
