Mark Chapman

Mark Chapman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical training, project management, and humanitarian efforts. As President and founding member of the Order of the Silver Star since January 2016, Mark leads a veteran-led Humanitarian Aid Team focused on disaster relief. At Keyfactor since May 2017, Mark has held various positions including Technical Training & Development Manager, Senior Solutions Architect, and Manager of Customer Support, where responsibilities have included creating training materials, developing architecture packages, and managing customer support teams. Mark's military background includes serving as a Client Systems Technician in the US Air Force Reserve. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in History from Liberty University and an Associate's degree in Military Information Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
