Shamseer Shafi

Shamseer Shafi has over 15 years of experience in the automotive and CRM sectors, currently serving as Lead Consultant and Team Lead for CRM and Vehicle Sales at Keyloop since January 2011. Prior to this role, Shamseer held positions as a Senior Consultant in Vehicles and CRM at CDK Global (International) from January 2011 to August 2014, where responsibilities included system setups for vehicle sales operations and CRM using the Autoline Drive platform. Earlier experience includes providing system support for approximately 300 sales users at Al TAYER Motors LLC from November 2006 to December 2010, as well as serving as a Sales Administrator, coordinating efforts with the sales department to enhance customer service. Shamseer holds a Master in Business Administration in International Business from Annamalai University, completed in 2009.
