Simon Byles is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the technology and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Delivery at Keyloop since January 2024, Simon focuses on software and managed services delivery within the automobile industry, emphasizing team development for over 100 staff. Previously, at SmartStream Technologies from February 2020 to December 2023, Simon held multiple leadership roles, including Global Head of Client Operations and Technology, where excellence in service delivery was prioritized, and Global Head of Delivery Engagement Management, overseeing over 100 projects annually. Simon also served as the Global Head of Operations and CEO of a Managed Services subsidiary at CLSA from July 2008 to December 2019 and held significant positions at Credit Suisse Singapore and JP Morgan earlier in the career, specializing in operations management and transformational change.
