Cara Bennett-Drover is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and procurement. Currently serving as a Procurement Coordinator at KEYPAK since April 2021, Cara previously held several roles in customer service, including Customer Service Manager, Supervisor, and Representative at the same company. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Escape Travel from July 2004 to March 2020 as a Senior Travel Consultant and Administrative Assistant, where high customer satisfaction was achieved, along with responsibilities in training and supervising staff. Additional roles include Customer Development Representative at MacMaster Chevrolet Ltd, Direct Sales Representative at TD Canada Trust Bank, Travel Sales Consultant at Multi Travel & Tours, and Customer Service Representative/Hostess Coordinator at McDonald's. Cara holds a College Diploma in Travel and Tourism from Westervelt College, earned between 1998 and 1999.
