Carmela Gomez

Carmela Gomez is an experienced leader in student success and retention services, currently serving as Team Leader at Keypath Education since August 2020. In this role, Carmela manages a team of Advisors, conducts performance reviews, and engages with partner universities and internal departments to optimize the student experience. Prior to this, Carmela held leadership and advisory roles at Lawson College Australia, focusing on compliance, assessment, and student support services. Carmela's earlier experience includes teaching as a Clinical Instructor at St. Paul University Iloilo and providing English tutoring to Japanese students through RareJob Inc. Carmela holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and various certifications, including a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
